What is Crossfit?

CrossFit is a program that combines movements from: gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, sprinting, rowing, kettle bell training and mobility techniques. All of these combined make CrossFit a core strength and conditioning program that can be performed safely and effectively by all ages and fitness levels.
